JBCharles was formed in 1993 as an alternative to an industry filled with sub-grade consulting and placement agencies that traded warm bodies and computer skills as impersonal commodities for short-term gain. The goal was to create a more user-friendly agency built on long-term relationships that would keep satisfied clients and consultants coming back year after year.
